BASIC ACCOUNTING I
This course is an introduction to basic accounting principles for a single owner business covering debts, credits, financial statements, special journals, income statements, balance sheets, and payroll. Upon completion of this course, students will have necessary skills available to begin computerized accounting. A calculator with a tape output device is required.

QuickBooks Pro
This course is designed to give the student the knowledge and skills essential for understanding accounting principles.  This step-by-step, hands-on, skills-based approach insures student success.  QuickBooks is utilized throughout the business community as a standard for small businesses.  Specific area include;  Basic Accounting, Banking, Payroll, Setting up a Business, Vendor Transaction.

This course is designed as a review for the Certified Professional Secretary / Certified Administrative Professional examinations.  It focuses on theory, skills, and processes involved in the administrative setting. The course has been designed to allow the students to take a series of practice tests with questions randomly selected from CPS official material.

This course is designed to give the student the knowledge and understanding to manage his/her personal finances.  The course features topics such as; Budgets, Credit, Savings, Investments, Spending Habits, Shopping Pitfalls, Banking Option, and much more.  It is a MUST for anyone who is experiencing the ‘Financial Squeeze.” 

This course offers clear and practical investing education in a convenient and comfortable format.  You will gain a better understanding of the key principles of saving and investing and also learn the specific strategies to help reach your long-term goals.
